Gift Kits

We have designed two “climate/seasonally appropriate” gift kits that you and your family can duplicate and distribute. Feel free to substitute items and have fun!

*Please use common sense when considering items and distributing kits. I avoid including peanut products for those with allergies. Your safety and the well being of the recipient are paramount, and I accept no liability for participation by anyone.

Warm Touch Kit:

Where To Find Gift Kits Items

Hand Warmers and Cold Packs available at Big Box Stores like Price Club, Lowes, Home Depot or Walmart OR online at thru First Aid Kit suppliers that can be found through a simple search.

Plastic Bags (to hold the Kit), AND Snack Packets are also available in bulk at Big Box Stores.

Food Gift Cards as available in your area from local restaurants. Promises can be printed from this site by simply clicking on and printing the MY PROMISES SCREEN, or you can create your own based on your beliefs and comfort level.

The Delivery

Safety is paramount. Please DO NOT put yourself in harms way. This includes potential dangers from bystanders or even the recipient. Be aware of your surroundings. Please use caution, obey all traffic laws and be careful.

When distributing kits I find that most of the recipients are caught off guard when I ask how they are doing, introduce myself and ask their name. Depending on the situation, I will sometimes extend my hand to shake theirs. They are not expecting anyone to really care, which in itself is a boost to their self esteem.

I tell them that I have something I would like to share and say “here is a kit for you that has a little snack, some hand warmers (0r cool pack), a $5 gift card to a restaurant so that you can get a hot meal later and most importantly a couple of Promises for you.”

I then continue with: “First I want to promise you that I care about you and will pray for you, but most important is that God loves you and wants you to enjoy all of his blessings including eternal life with him in heaven. If you put your trust in Jesus, you can have it all and I am including a little card with some other promises and scriptures from the word of God that back up those promises. Please take a look and have a blessed day!”
